  1. Definitions:

1.1 Lucky Break Competitions Ltd. (herein referred to as the ‘Promoter’).

1.2 www.luckybreaklivedraw.co.uk (herein referred to as the 'Website').

1.3 The Promoter shall operate skill based games and shall allocate prizes, to be in accordance with the terms and conditions as shown on the website – (herein referred to as the ‘Competition(s)’).

2. Qualifying Customers:

2.1 Participants must be 16 years and over to enter the Competitions.

2.2 Immediate relatives and employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter into Competitions

2.3 The Promoter shall reserve the right to terminate a customer's account or refuse a customer's entry, in such events but not limited to the customer showing abusive or aggressive behaviour or abusing the services.

3. Legal Undertaking:

3.1 You, the Entrant, by virtue of entering into any of the Competitions on the Website, will be deemed to have the full legal capacity to enter, and will have read and understood the terms and conditions as shown herein, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and by all and any additional requirements that shall be set out in any other related promotional material published by the Promoter.

3.2 The Competitions will be governed by English Law. Furthermore all and any matters relating to a Competition shall be resolved in accordance with English Law, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

3.3 Participants outside of the United Kingdom confirm that by entering into any of the Competitions as shown on the Website, are not breaking any laws in your country of residence. The Promoter shall not be held liable for the unlawful entry into our Competitions by an Entrant.

  1. The Competitions:

4.1 Entrants will be required to register an account with the Promoter prior to entering into any Competitions, and to login Entrants will be required to provide a valid email address.

4.2 Entrants may enter into Competitions from the Website or by post. 

4.3 Pricing - The number of tickets, prices and availability of Competitions will be set out by the Promoter and will be clearly shown on the Website. 

4.4 When entering into a Competition on the Website, Entrants will need to select the Competition that they wish to enter. In addition Entrants will be required to provide contact details and payment details. Entrants are required to confirm their understanding of these terms and conditions.

4.5 Following the successful entry into the Competitions, the Promoter will confirm successful entry of the Entrant by email, only until receiving said email will the Entrant be deemed as successfully entering into the Competition.

4.6 The Entrant can enter as many tickets as they want for each Competition. 

4.7 Each Competition will be closed for any new Entrants when all of the tickets have been reserved. 

4.8 The time-frame for each Competition shall be displayed on the Website.

5. Refunds and Cancellation Policy:

5.1 Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

5.2 If the Promoter believes that an Entrant has violated any of the terms and conditions contained herein, the Promoter shall reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any entries. In such case, and amount paid to enter the Competition shall be refunded to the Entrant, less any costs incurred to the Promoter.

  1. Arbitration:

6.1 The Promoter shall determine the winning ticket number, which shall be selected completely at random from the total number of tickets for each Competition (herein referred to as the 'Draw').

6.2 Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of their winning number being selected from the Draw. The Entrant shall be responsible for providing the correct contact details in the event of them winning a Competition, and be responsible for ensuring that their contact details are current and up-to-date.

6.3 In the event that the Promoter is not able to contact the winning Entrant, and in the event that the Entrant does not contact the Promoter to Claim his/her prize within 14 days following the Draw, the winning Entrant will forfeit their right of ownership of the winning prize.

6.4 The Promoter retains the right to change the time-frame of a Competition, to extend the Draw date, or to close a Competition early. In such events, a winner will be selected from the total valid entries received up to the Competition Close date. The Promoter retains the right to close a Competition and not select a winner, but will endeavour not to do so. In the unlikely event that the Promoter closes a Competition early without running a ticket Draw, all Entrants in said Competition will be credited with an equal value to enter into a subsequent Competition.

6.5 By entering into any Competition, the Entrant agrees to receive information relating to the status of the Competition entered and agrees to receive information pertaining to future Competitions. 

  1. Claiming a Prize:

7.1 The First Prize Winner will be required to show proof of identification on delivery of the prize. Any failure to meet this obligation may result in the Winner being disqualified and the Promoter retaining the prize.

7.2 All Winners will also be required to provide photographs and/or pose for photographs and videos, which may be used in future marketing and public relations by the Promoter in connection with the Competition and in identifying them as a winner of a Competition.

7.3 Following receipt and verification of the details requested above by the Promoter, the Winners will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.

  1. Delivery Policy:

8.1 The Promoter takes no responsibility of the prize awarded after delivery, once the winner receives the prize the promoter does not insure the prize. No insurance come with the prizes and the promoter cannot be held responsible for the prize once handed over to the winner.

8.2 Delivery to the winner is free within the UK. The promoter has a right to charge the winner delivery fees if they want the prize delivering anywhere other than the specified areas.


  1. Competition Prizes:

9.1 Lucky Break Competitions prizes are determined, selected by the managing directors of the company and are owned by the promoter from the date of the competition going live on the website to the date that the winner receives the prize. All prizes are picked and purchased by the promoter and in that case this is the prize the winner will receive. Details of each prize can be found on the website on the competitions pages.

9.2 All entrant expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

9.3 All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, manufacturer or supplier.

9.4 Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable or convertible to other substitutes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers or discounts, including without limitation any vouchers or offers of the Promoter or other prize suppliers.

9.5 Storage: In nearly all cases, the Prize will be sent to the winner within 5 working days (or 7 days) of the Live Draw date. For certain Premium Prizes, the Promoter can store the chosen prize free of charge for 30 days after notifying the First Prize Winner, at the end of which time the First Prize will be delivered to the Winner.

9.6 Winners’ Personal Data

9.7 Acceptance of the prize by the Winner will mean they are required to have their photo and video taken by the Promoter for promotional purposes (Public Relations and Marketing), both immediately after their win and in the future for use in accordance with rule 6.2, unless prohibited by law.

9.8 By entering a Competition, you agree to the use of your name, address, and/or photograph or other likeness, as well as your appearance at publicity events without any additional compensation (save for reasonable travel expenses) and as required by the Promoter if you are declared a Winner.

9.9 Limits of Liability the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Promoter, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize Winner(s) and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the Winner(s), or in connection with any of the Competitions promoted by the Promoter.

9.10 Electronic Communications No responsibility will be accepted for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act, including any errors or mistakes. The Promoter shall use its best endeavours to award the prize for a Competition to the correct Entrant. If due to reasons of hardware, software or other computer related failure, or due to human error the prize is awarded incorrectly, the Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Competition prize and award it to the correct Entrant, at its sole discretion and without admission of liability. In the event that the Promoter closes a Competition early, the Winner will be selected from all valid and eligible Entries received by the Promoter prior to the date of closure, except that the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close a Competition early without selecting a Winner. In the event that a Competition is closed without selecting a Winner, the Promoter will give all entrants Game Credit to enable them to replay equivalent tickets in a subsequent competition. The Promoter also reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the closing date of any Competition. The Promoter shall not be liable for any economic or other consequential loss suffered or sustained to any persons to whom an award has been incorrectly made, and no compensation shall be due. The Promoter shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the software and website(s) used to operate its Competitions perform correctly and accurately across the latest versions of popular internet, tablet and mobile browsers. For the avoidance of doubt, only the ticket recorded in our systems, howsoever displayed or calculated, shall be entered into the relevant Competition and the Promoter shall not be held liable for any competition entries that occur as a result of malfunctioning software or other event.

9.11 Data Protection Notice Any personal data that you supply to the Promoter or authorise the Promoter to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, will be used by the Promoter to administer the Competition and fulfil prizes where applicable. In order to process, record and use your personal data the Promoter may disclose it to (i) any credit card company whose name you give; (ii) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer any of the Promoter’s rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement the Promoter may have with you; (iii) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (iv) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of the Promoter in any country; and (v) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime. In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data the Promoter may need to transfer such information outside the United Kingdom, in which event the Promoter is responsible for ensuring that your personal data continues to be adequately protected during the course of such transfer.

If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

10.7 Online Privacy Policy Only - This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Lucky Break Competitions Ltd. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than our websites.

10.8 Consent - By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its Terms and Conditions.

  1. Free Entry Method

11.1 Send your: Name, Address, DOB, Contact phone number, email address, desired ticket number (3 number selection) and the name of the competition or website URL of the competition that you would like to enter into. Entry must be sent on a postcard and not enclosed in an envelope and for processing please submit one postcard per free ticket required.

11.2 If the number/s not available by the time the postal entry has arrived and been processed a replacement random number/s will be allocated.

11.3 Promoter will process all free entries on a Monday of each week and will be the sole responsibility for a staff member on this day.

11.4 The free entries will be treated in the exact same manner as the paid entries, in addition the free entries will be entered into the ‘Live Draws’ in the same manner.

11.5 Standard competition terms and conditions apply for free entries.
